Alena Houston currently serves as the Director of Finance and Accounting at Culligan International, a position held since July 2014, with a progressive career including roles such as Director of Finance for both the Dealer Channel Segment and North America, as well as Senior Finance Manager and Finance Manager for North America Operations. Prior to joining Culligan International, Alena held the position of Senior Financial Analyst at AMCOL International, where responsibilities included supporting Vice Presidents with gross profit analysis and enhancing management visibility through standardized reporting. Earlier experience includes various Senior Financial Analyst roles at Navistar Inc, where Alena conducted cash flow analysis, reviewed supplier contracts, identified tax savings, and developed strategic financial plans. Alena Houston holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Elmhurst University and has furthered education through Executive Education at Harvard Business School.
