Pierre-Yves Potelle has extensive experience in monitoring telecoms regulation in various countries as a Principal Analyst, Program Manager, and Senior Analyst. Pierre-Yves currently serves as the Head of Client Services - Europe & MENA at Cullen International, where Pierre-Yves oversees the development of major services and ensures they meet clients' needs. Prior to that, Pierre-Yves worked as a Research Assistant at UNamur focusing on telecoms regulation and contributed to the draft of the Belgian telecoms law. Pierre-Yves holds a Master's Degree in ICT Law from Université de Namur and a Law Degree from the University of Liège.
