Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Global Operations for Eleven, leading operations across multiple international locations, and as President of Everlands/Merlin Hospitality Management, managing luxury hotels and resorts valued at $90 million. Julian's early career featured roles at Abercrombie & Kent as Vice President of Sales and Operations, managing significant destination management operations.
