Uma Mahesh Reddy, CCISO, CISSP, GICSP, has over 18 years of experience in the IT field. Uma Mahesh began their career in 2002 as a Programmer at Desert Valley Hospital. In 2005, they moved to Apropos Technology as a Systems and Network Administrator. Two years later, they joined Syntellect as a Systems and Network Architect. In 2009, they were appointed as Chief Information Security Officer, CISO/Regional IT Director/Vendor Relation Manager/Telecom Director for 45 hospitals at Prime Healthcare Services. In 2015, they founded Apta Connections, LLC and in 2019, they took on the role of COO/CISO at Culinda.

Uma Mahesh Reddy holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from Central Queensland University, Melbourne Campus, which they obtained between 1999 and 2001. Uma Mahesh is also a Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and a Global Information Security Compliance Professional (GICSP).
