Justin Yoakum is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Director of Operations at Culinary Khancepts since February 2019. Previously, Justin held the position of Chef Partner at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar from December 2017 to January 2019, and Executive Chef roles at Au Fudge, Mastro's Restaurants, and McCormick & Schmick's between 2015 and 2017. Earlier experience includes Chef of Culinary Operations at Midway Restaurant Group's Sharkys American Grill, Executive Chef positions at Downtown Aquarium and Aquarium Kemah, and Sous Chef at Tower of the Americas. Justin gained foundational knowledge in the culinary field through studies at the University of Houston from 2004 to 2006.
