Christelle Pradat is an experienced professional in the baking and pastry industry, currently serving as the Head of the Baking and Pastry Department at Culinary Institute LeNôtre since February 2018, while also acting as a Pastry and Baking Chef Instructor since February 2013. With a solid background in bakery management, Christelle held roles such as Executive Bakery Chef at Marché U and Bakery Manager at Super U. Early career experiences include being a Head Baker at Boulangerie Charrault and a Manager/Baker at Le Fournil des Saveurs. Additionally, Christelle has expertise in training the next generation of bakers, having instructed students at Lycée hôtelier François Rabelais. Christelle's education at the same institution spans several years and includes various focused training in baking.
