Jodie Tipping is the Director at Smile Trust, a company that supports and invests in initiatives aligned with creating a better world. With over 20 years of experience, Jodie is also the Founder & Director of Cucumber, a technology company focused on decision support and automation. Jodie has worked as a Business Coach at The Icehouse and has previous experience as a Client Manager at New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE) & Trade NZ, and as an International Relations Manager at Kamagaya City Council in Chiba, Japan. Jodie holds a BA in Japanese from The University of Waikato and has completed a Certificate in Company Direction, Governance and a Certificate in Te Ara Reo Maori (He Timatanga) at the Institute of Directors, New Zealand and Te Wānanga o Aotearoa, respectively.
