Stefanie Olm has been working in the HR field since 2009. Stefanie started their career as a Teambuilding Coach for freiberufliche Tätigkeit. In 2010, they moved to Randstad as a Vertriebsdisponentin. In 2013, they became an Arbeitsvermittlerin for Agentur für Arbeit / Jobcenter Erfurt. In 2014, they were appointed as Leiterin Personalmanagement for ADIB Unternehmensgruppe. In 2016, they joined persoperm GmbH as Manager Research & Recruiting. In 2018, they started working as Personalreferent | Schwerpunkt: Recruiting & Change Management for Mubea. Since 2019, they have been working as a Senior HR Business Partner and HR Manager for Cuculus GmbH.

Stefanie Olm completed their Magister in Kommunikations- und Medienwissenschaften from FSU Jena in 2008. Stefanie is currently enrolled at Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg, but has not yet earned a degree.
