Juan Gabriel Medina Valenzuela currently serves as the Head of Asset Management for Colombia at Cubico Sustainable Investments, focusing on strategic management of renewable energy assets since September 2020. Previous experience includes roles at Enel Green Power as Asset Manager and Jefe División O&M Solar, where responsibilities involved technical supervision of solar construction projects. Additional roles span positions such as Profesional Experto at Emgesa S.A. ESP, Jefe Planta de Generación at EMPRESA DE ENERGIA DE CUNDINAMARCA, and various engineering and commercial positions in automation and control systems. Juan Gabriel holds a Specialist degree in Systems Transmission and Distribution Electrical Energy from Universidad de Los Andes and an Engineer's degree in Electronics Engineering from Escuela Colombiana de Ingeniería Julio Garavito.
