Rian Howarth is an experienced Property Manager and Area Manager at CubeSmart, where responsibilities include business development and marketing since March 2008. Key achievements involve the preparation and implementation of a grassroots marketing campaign that enhanced economic occupancy by 9% and physical occupancy by 5%, alongside managing local events to promote the facility. Previously, Rian served as a Regional Manager at DCW/Wonders of Wireless from November 2006 to September 2007, successfully acquiring and developing new accounts in Philadelphia and the Northeast, resulting in a 9% market penetration increase and the establishment of 11 new accounts within the first year.
