Sugandha Pasricha, CSM®, has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sugandha currently holds the position of Lead Tech Product Owner at CUBE, starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Product Owner, specializing in RegTech AI, from September 2021 to August 2022 at the same company.

Before joining CUBE, Sugandha had an extensive tenure at ANZ, starting in 2017. During their time there, they held the role of Product Owner, Robotics Process Automation (AA / PEGA Robotics/ MLaaS) from March 2018 to September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Business Analyst from June 2017 to March 2018.

Sugandha's early career includes a position at S&P Global Market Intelligence, where they worked from March 2012 to April 2017. Sugandha held the role of Senior Business Analyst and was involved in various projects such as leading a company-wide priority, creating a robust excel-based formula engine, and implementing an efficient audit process.

Sugandha'scareer started as a Software Engineer at Eastern Software Systems in 2006. Sugandha worked on requirement analysis, customization of an existing ERP product, testing, implementation, and coordination with clients and team members.

Sugandha Pasricha, CSM®, holds a B.A. in Economics (Hons.) from Delhi University, which they earned from 2002 to 2005. Additionally, they completed a GNIIT program in Oracle/SQL from NIIT during the same time period. Sugandha has also obtained the certification of "Certified Scrum Master" from Scrum Alliance in 2017 and the certification of "AI for Everyone" from Coursera in 2020.
