Gali Baler, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional in biomedical engineering and venture development, currently serving as Managing Director of Strategy and Operations at CU Innovations since 2016, and Director of Investments at the CU Healthcare Innovation Fund. With extensive experience in due diligence analysis and new venture development for university technologies, Gali has previously held roles including Director of Investments and Venture Development, and Lead Venture Analyst. Gali is also affiliated with the Rockies Venture Club as Assistant Director Emeritus, where guidance is provided to due diligence teams. Core professional experience includes advisory roles and leadership positions in various medical technology organizations, and Gali holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University, complemented by a Kellogg School of Management certificate in management for scientists and engineers.
