Tricia Smith is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the financial technology sector and customer relationship management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Engage fi since March 2022, Tricia previously held multiple roles at Jack Henry & Associates, including Senior Customer Relationship Manager and Project Management Analyst, from February 2013 to March 2022. Earlier experience includes positions at Norton Healthcare as a Unit Secretary, JHA iPay Solutions as Implementation & Contracting Manager, and McDonald's as a Shift Manager. Tricia holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Marketing/Marketing Management from Berea College, where studies were completed from 2000 to 2004, and graduated from Central Hardin High School in 2000.
