Rumki Mitra has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies and roles. RUMKI worked as a QA Lead at CU Direct starting in 2021. Prior to that, they were employed by Nationstar Mortgage as a Senior IT Analyst from 2016 onwards. In this role, Rumki was responsible for analyzing business requirements, testing, and implementing software solutions. At Mr. Cooper, where they worked as a Senior Systems Analyst from 2019 to 2021, Rumki focused on integration testing, providing support to the UAT team, and ensuring timely and user-friendly product delivery. RUMKI also participated in gap analysis and utilized SQL and Soap UI for testing purposes. Before joining Mr. Cooper, Rumki worked for VendorPass as a Quality Assurance/Workday Integration specialist. During this time, they demonstrated Workday features to clients, assisted with data conversion, and supported integration efforts. Rumki also gained experience as a QA/Business Analyst at Mastech Inc. from 2012 to 2014, where they designed, executed and maintained test plans for electronic trading applications. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Analyst at Embee Software Pvt. Ltd. from 2005 to 2007. Throughout their career, Rumki has consistently demonstrated their expertise in requirements analysis, testing, and implementation in alignment with software quality standards and methodologies.

Rumki Mitra holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Calcutta. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Certified SAFe 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in March 2022.
