Jeff Johnson has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and technical support. From 2008 to 2013, they worked at AP Technology, where they provided technical support, installation, and training for enterprise-level software. Jeff also handled basic maintenance tasks for Microsoft IIS, Windows Server, and Microsoft SQL.

From 2013 to 2017, Jeff worked at Walz Group, LLC. In their role as a Junior Client Integration Software Engineer, they developed custom C# applications, XML transforms, and Microsoft SQL stored procedures to integrate new and existing clients with in-house applications and processes. Jeff also worked as an Operations Support Analyst, where they deployed and supported proprietary and third-party operations software and handled issue escalations and emergency deployments.

Since 2017, Jeff has been working at Origence (formerly CU Direct) as a Software Engineer III. In this role, they have developed and maintained integrations between the company's CRM and external vendors such as Salesforce, Power BI, and Hubspot using Azure functions. Jeff has also enhanced and maintained a proprietary CRM web-based application and developed Azure functions and Windows services utilizing various technologies.
