Joy has held leadership positions at Co-op Solutions, where they served as the Senior Vice President of Total Rewards, HR Technology, & People Operations, responsible for developing and implementing strategic total rewards programs. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Total Rewards & HR Operations at Co-op Solutions. Before their time at Co-op Solutions, Joy worked as the Director of Total Rewards at Kum & Go and as a Compensation Consultant at Berkshire Hathaway Energy. Joy has been involved in designing and executing comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies throughout their career.
