John Goering has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. John began their career at CDS Global in 1998 as a Senior Manager of Call Center Operations, where they managed call center and multi-channel contact center operations. John then progressed to the role of Senior Manager of Lockbox and Data Capture Operations, where they focused on building staffing strategies and process improvement plans to ensure operational effectiveness. John later became an Account Director, leading account teams and collaborating with various business units within CDS Global. John then served as the Director of Client Services, where they managed client relationships and aligned processes across different departments. John's next role at CDS Global was the Executive Director of Product Management, where they provided leadership in strategic product development. Prior to joining CDS Global, John worked at Aureon as the Vice President of Business Development, leading customer engagement strategies. In their most recent position at Co-op Solutions, John held the roles of Director of Client Service Executives and Vice President of Client Care, where they focused on ensuring high client satisfaction, providing service consultation, and leading strategic initiatives.
