Randy Mengel is an accomplished executive currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at CTS Engines since October 2022, where responsibilities include developing operational strategies and overseeing complex business operations amidst supply chain challenges. Prior experience includes a tenure as Vice President & General Manager at StandardAero from March 2010 to October 2022, managing a product line with over $600 million in P&L responsibility. Randy also held key roles such as Program Director overseeing P&L for major aerospace programs, Operations Manager/Director of Maintenance at Northrop Grumman, and Director at Bombardier Aerospace. Early career experiences include positions at Allegheny Airlines and as a Crew Chief in the USAF. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a program completion at Harvard Business School in 2006.
