Nagaraj BG has over 10 years of work experience in various roles in the IT industry. From 2016 to present, they have been a Senior Program Manager at CtrlS Datacenters Ltd. Prior to that, they worked at Wipro Technologies Pvt.Ltd from 2008 onwards, starting as a Site Lead in IT operations. In this role, Nagaraj managed IT infrastructure for approximately 3750 users and was responsible for customer complaints and incident analysis. Nagaraj then became an IT Project Manager at Wipro Technologies, overseeing the first-level call resolution and second-level desktop technical support groups. Nagaraj also worked as a Team Lead in IT service at Mistral Solutions Pvt. Ltd, where they managed the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of virtual machines and maintained the uptime of 200 live production servers. Earlier in their career, Nagaraj worked as a System Engineer at Siemens India Pvt.Ltd, where they assembled branded systems and performed installations of operating systems and printers. Nagaraj also served as a Senior Engineer at SPML Infra Limited, where they supervised IT support teams, managed SLAs, and handled recruitment and team management responsibilities.

Nagaraj BG obtained a Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from DRR Polytechnic, Davanagere, Karnataka, from 2001 to 2004. Later, from 2009 to 2012, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science from Bangalore University. Additionally, in February 2009, they obtained the MCSA certification from Microsoft.
