Yael Cholow is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people management and organizational development. Currently serving as the VP People at Ctrl since June 2022, Yael previously held significant roles at Zencity from October 2018 to June 2022, including Director of HR and HR & Company Culture Manager, contributing to the innovative use of AI and big data for local government decision-making. Prior experience includes a position as Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist at Trusteer from September 2013 to June 2017. Yael holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from Reichman University (2015-2017) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Tel Aviv University (2011-2014). Additionally, Yael has a Certificate in Fashion Illustration from Shenkar.
