Sosena W. currently serves as the Head of Finance and Business Operations at cTRL Therapeutics, a role assumed in July 2023. Previously, Sosena held the position of Senior Vice President Finance (CFO) at Cellevolve from 2022 to December 2023, where leadership in finance, accounting, and administrative functions was demonstrated as part of the founding executive team. Prior experience includes roles such as Head of Compliance at BridgeBio, where efforts led to an overhaul of SOX compliance procedures, and at Audentes Therapeutics, where significant contributions to SOX compliance helped achieve a successful acquisition by Astellas. Sosena also played a pivotal role at Medivation during its acquisition by Pfizer, steering the evolution to a commercial operation with significant sales milestones. Earlier experience includes positions in risk management at Expedia Group and management consulting at KPMG, as well as an internship at EY. Sosena W. holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Accounting from San Jose State University.
