Justin Litchfield is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in talent acquisition, cybersecurity, and industrial data solutions. As CEO of Expansion since September 2017, Justin has focused on global talent sourcing to build successful businesses. Co-founding CSR5 Global Incorporated in September 2023, Justin aims to provide affordable cybersecurity solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. Additionally, Justin serves as an angel investor and advisor at Ctrl, delivering aerial industrial data to various industries. A past president of the Cyber Security Global Alliance, Justin contributed to cybersecurity awareness and education within the nonprofit sector. Justin founded Advantage Painting, a premium painting business, while attending the University of Windsor, where Justin earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Kinetics with a minor in Applied Information Technology.
