Mariah Bettina Khristine Tiny David is a seasoned professional with experience in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as a Recruiter at CTR Group since June 2022, Mariah is responsible for creating a strong candidate pipeline and developing relationships for future opportunities while executing effective recruiting plans. Additionally, as a Human Resources Specialist II since March 2022, Mariah delivers recruitment services in healthcare, IT, administration, light industries, and sales for clients in the US, handling sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates. Previously, Mariah worked as a Subject Matter Expert for four years, achieving consistent recognition for performance. Mariah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from St. Dominic College of Arts and Sciences, completed in June 2019.
