Pavel Reichelt is an experienced Facility Manager at CTP since January 2020, overseeing the management of 17 industrial properties across five parks in northern Bohemia, including locations in Česká Lípa, Teplice, Ústí nad Labem, Žatec, and Louny. Responsibilities include ensuring property inspections, coordinating services, providing 24/7 emergency assistance for breakdowns, monitoring energy readings, and daily communication with tenants. Prior to CTP, Pavel held various logistics and management positions, including Import and Export Manager at PANLUX and Logistic Planner roles at Magna International and Grammer AG. Pavel holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from the University of Finance and Administration in Prague, earned between 2012 and 2015.
