Oliver Oros has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Oliver most recently worked as the Head of Legal CZ/SK at CTP and previously held the position of Senior Counsel for Leasing and Land issues at the same company. Before that, they served as the Legal Counsel for Czech Republic and Slovakia at IKEA. Prior to joining IKEA, Oliver worked as a Legal & Corporate Affairs Department Lawyer at Tesco Stores CR, a.s. Oliver also served as an Arbiter at the Arbitration Court attached to the Slovak Economic Chamber. Oliver started their career as a Lawyer of the Office of Principal at the Prešov Region Administration Authority.

Oliver Oros completed their education from 1996 to 2002 at the University of P.J. Šafárik in Košice, where they earned a degree in Law (Mgr.).
