Natalia Jakubowska has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Natalia currently serves as the Country Head Of Controlling for CTP since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Finance Manager at Grupo Lar from February 2022 to July 2022. Before that, they held the position of Financial Controller at Adgar Poland from May 2019 to January 2022. Natalia also has extensive experience at EY, where they worked in various roles including Manager, Experienced Senior, Senior, Experienced Assistant, and Assistant. Natalia'sresponsibilities at EY involved accounting advisory projects, implementation of IFRS, restructuring of accounting processes, and managing audit engagements. Natalia started their career as an intern at EY in October 2010.

Natalia Jakubowska holds a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, which they obtained from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in the same field at the same institution from 2007 to 2010. Additionally, Natalia has obtained certifications as a "Biegły Rewident" from Polska Izba Biegłych Rewidentów in December 2018, and as an ACCA from the ACCA institution in July 2018.
