Caitlin Miller is an experienced professional in public affairs and communications, currently serving as the Director of Public Affairs at CTIA since April 2019, focusing on state media relations, strategic partnerships, and industry storytelling. Prior to this role, Caitlin held positions such as Manager of Public Affairs at North Bridge Communications and Senior Client Relationship Team Leader at FLM+ Public Affairs, where skills in campaign management, media relations, and issue management were developed. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Account Manager at DCI Group, Director of Government Relations and Public Policy for the Iowa Cattlemen's Association, and roles at DCI Group and the Office of Senator Chuck Grassley. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Business (Economics) from Iowa State University.
