Scott Oliveira started their work experience in 2011 as a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. There, they worked as a developer and integrator for multiple law enforcement and civil agencies, focusing on analytics tools and analysis of unstructured text, financial transaction, and timekeeping data. In 2014, they joined Chesapeake Technology International Corp as a Senior Engineer. In this role, they worked on a range of software and hardware products for DoD customers, with a focus on leveraging government-owned and commercially available tools for rapid capability delivery. Scott has extensive experience with Raptor and TAK visualization tools, software-defined radios, GNU Radio, and systems integration.

Scott Oliveira has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Scott also holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the same institution. In addition, they have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Old Dominion University.
