Richard W. is an experienced program manager and scheduler with a strong background in maintaining schedule integrity and overseeing project milestones across various organizations. Currently serving as a Program Manager Scheduler at CTG - Computer Task Group since May 2019, responsibilities include maximizing schedule integrity and utilizing MS Project and SQA software. Previous roles include Program Scheduler at Applied Insight and EVM Analyst and IMS Master Scheduler at Marathon TS, where Richard managed a significant earned value program and multiple Integrated Master Plans. Richard's expertise extends to developing detailed resource-loaded schedules, providing subject matter expertise in scheduling, and mentoring team members in project management methodologies.
