Stig Mathisen has an extensive work history in various roles and industries. Stig started their career as a Purchaser at Oleon Scandinavia AS in 2003. In 2004, they joined Cisco Systems, where they held multiple positions including Partner Care Manager - APAC, Director of Operations & Logistics - Asia Pacific, Acting Managing Director, and Manager. In 2012, Mathisen co-founded Scandinavian Global Ltd. and also became a Board Member at the Norwegian Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong (NCC). In 2013, they joined CTEK as President, Asia Pacific & Global Manufacturing Operations and later became the Chief Operating Officer.

Stig Mathisen completed their Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management from BI Norwegian Business School between 2000 and 2002. Prior to that, they pursued Marketing & Management at Griffith University from 1998 to 2000.
