Shinsuke Aoyama began their work experience in 2003 at ITOCHU Techno-Solutions Corporation (CTC), where they held various roles including salesperson, department head, and instructor until 2019. In 2019, they joined ITOCHU Techno-Solutions America, Inc. as Deputy Director before becoming Director - Sales & Solution Engineering in 2021.

Shinsuke Aoyama attended Chuo University from 1999 to 2003 and obtained a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
