Noel Tagupa is an experienced IT Audit professional currently serving as IT Audit Head at GGash since August 2023 and as AVP - IT Governance and Quality Management Head at CTBC Bank Philippines since August 2020. Prior roles include SM Audit Analytics Head at PLDT, AVP and Special Projects and Audit Analytics Department Head at Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation, and SM/IT Audit Department Head at Philippine National Bank. Noel's career began as an Assistant Manager at BDO Universal Bank, focusing on information systems auditing, and includes experience as an Accountant at SN Aboitiz Power Inc. Noel Tagupa holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, earned between 1995 and 1999.
