Rob Janek, MBA, PMP, currently serves as Vice President and Chief Information Officer at CTB, Inc., where a digital transformation vision has been established, implementing technologies such as IoT and artificial intelligence, along with a cloud-based Configure, Price, Quote system and ERP platform. Prior experience includes a tenure at Nokia as Director of IT, leading teams in large Digital Transformation projects, and at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, where leadership of the global Project Management Office facilitated significant process transformations and Agile practices. Earlier roles at Lucent Technologies involved managing project management and quality for complex hardware and software solutions. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master’s in Business Administration from Benedictine University.
