Paul de Koning has extensive work experience in various financial roles. Paul is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Ctac since February 2023. Prior to this, Paul served as a Member of the Supervisory Board at Elkerliek ziekenhuis starting from January 2019. From 2015 to 2022, they worked as the CFO of Neways Electronics International NV. Before that, they were the CFO of Scheuten from 2009 to 2015. Paul also held the position of Group Controller at NXP Semiconductors (founded by Philips) from an unknown date to October 2009. Prior to NXP Semiconductors, they worked as a BU Controller at Philips Semiconductors/NXP from an unknown date to 2003. Paul began their career at Philips, where they held various roles including CFO Malaysia from 1998 to 2001, Senior Financial Analyst from an unknown date to 1998, Plant Controller from 1992 to 1995, and Management Accountant from 1989 to 1991. Paul also served as a board member at Diode & le manageur from 1986 to 1987.

Paul de Koning completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Economics from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) from 1981 to 1984. Paul then pursued further studies at Erasmus University Rotterdam and obtained a degree in Economics (Drs) from 1984 to 1989. Finally, they attended Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 1989 to 1996, where they completed their education with a Master's degree in Economics (RC).
