Rachel Macedonia is the Manager of Talent Expansion at CT Consultants, Inc. Rachel has been with CT Consultants for six years and has held various titles during their time with the company. These titles include Manager of Talent Expansion, Talent Leader for Marketing, Future Leaders of CT Co-Chair, Marketing Manager, and Membership Director. Rachel is responsible for driving CT's talent development and talent acquisition programs. Rachel creates and implements processes that continuously enhance the knowledge and capabilities of employee talent to match and then maximize talents to the roles necessary. Rachel Macedonia focuses on developing staff to meet the current and future business needs of CT and to support the desired firm culture. Rachel also develops and implements methods to attract new talent to the firm. Additionally, Rachel drives employee engagement and enablement that informs and inspires employees in support of CT's business strategy, goals, and initiatives. Rachel coordinates with CT's management team in Ohio, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Tennessee. Rachel is also the Co-chair for the professional development group at CT. Rachel provides members with educational programs and social opportunities for professional growth. Prior to their current role, Rachel was the Business Development and Marketing Coordinator at Karpinski Engineering for 2 years and 9 months. Before that, they were the Account Coordinator at FacilitySource for 8 months. Rachel got their start as a Sales/Marketing Intern at 614 Media Group for 3 months.
Rachel Macedonia has a Bachelor of Science in Management from Lourdes University, which they obtained in 2012 cum laude. Rachel also has a degree in Adolescent Young Adult Education with a Language Arts Concentration from Bowling Green State University, which they obtained in 2007. Rachel is also a Certified Harrison Debriefer from Harrison Assessments North America.
