Lene Hill, P.E., LEED AP, is a Project Manager at CT Consultants since January 2003, bringing considerable experience in civil engineering and site development projects. Expertise includes the design and implementation of stormwater conveyance and detention facilities, wastewater collection systems, potable water systems, and municipal engineering. Previous roles include Project Engineer positions at Oxbow Engineering from August 2001 to December 2002, The SP Consulting Group from June 1996 to June 1999, and Penco Engineering from March 1994 to June 1996. Lene Hill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from UC Irvine.
