Madison Russell is a Real Estate Development Associate at The CT Group LLC since January 2023. Previously, Madison worked as a Political Organizer for Steuart Pittman for County Executive, focusing on volunteer mobilization and grassroots efforts that significantly contributed to the candidate's electoral success. Madison's experience includes a Campaign Internship at Peter Franchot for MD Governor, where over 1,000 voter interactions were conducted, and a role in the City of Baltimore’s Housing and Community Development office, monitoring redevelopment compliance for vacant buildings. Additional roles include a Real Estate Internship at Cummings & Co. Realtors, service as External Philanthropy Director for Alpha Xi Delta, and various positions in customer service. Madison earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of Maryland in 2022, following a high school diploma from The Park School of Baltimore in 2018.
