John Ingoldsby is currently working as an Arbitration Manager at CSX since April 2022. Prior to that, John worked at CN from August 2014 to May 2022 in the role of Labor Relations Manager. John holds a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law, which John obtained from 1990 to 1994. John also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Fordham University, completed from 1983 to 1987.
