Helen Devlin is a Career Development Consultant at CSW Group since October 2019, specializing in assisting young people with transitions in education, training, and employment, particularly those vulnerable to becoming NEET. Prior experience includes roles as an Organisational Development Consultant at Plymouth City Council from October 2017 to October 2019, and various positions at the University of Plymouth from March 2007 to September 2017, focusing on employability skills and widening participation. Earlier career experience includes work as a Regional Assistant for The Year in Industry at EDT and as a Resourcing Assistant at IBM UK. Helen holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Plymouth, obtained in 2005.
