Jordyn Easterling is a skilled public health professional with diverse experience in community health and epidemiology. Currently serving as a Surveillance and Informatics Program Associate at the Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists since December 2021, Jordyn previously contributed as a Community Health Responder at CORE, focusing on Covid-19 response and health equity initiatives for underserved populations. Previous roles include Certified Nursing Assistant positions at Emory Healthcare and Novant Health, where significant contributions were made to patient care and infection prevention. Additional experience includes environmental health research at Air Allergen & Mold Testing and an internship with the Partnership Against Domestic Violence. Jordyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Georgia State University and is pursuing a Master of Public Health at Ohio University.
