Joe Tosolt has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Joe is currently the President of CSSI Technologies, Inc. where they lead the sales and marketing efforts for custom-fit solutions in AIDC/barcode/data acquisition. Prior to this, they served as the Division President of CSSI, overseeing their services and solutions across multiple product lines.
Before their time at CSSI, Joe was the CEO of Blue Mountain Consultants, LLC for a year. Joe also served as the CEO of Innovative Office Products for four years, where they led a global manufacturer of ergonomic technology mounting solutions. During their tenure, they implemented Lean manufacturing methods, improved sales force effectiveness, and led the company's acquisition and integration of Ergotech Group.
Joe's earlier experience includes roles such as Sales & Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager at Innovative Office Products. Joe also worked at Untours as a Marketing Director and later as an Untour Director, managing tour operations and leading a team responsible for growth and development of tour programs.
Before entering the workforce, Joe was a Thomas J. Watson Fellow, awarded for their post-graduate research on the human and social impact of Germany's reunification. Joe traveled extensively in Germany as part of their research.
Joe Tosolt attended Scranton Prep from 1983 to 1987, where they did not earn a degree or specialize in any specific field of study. Joe then pursued higher education at Lafayette College from 1987 to 1991, graduating with an A.B. degree in Economics/Business. During their time at Lafayette College, they pursued a minor in German. Joe later enrolled at Lehigh University College of Business from 2002 to 2005 to obtain their MBA in Business Administration.
