Ramin Familkhalili, Ph.D., is an experienced Estuarine System Scientist currently serving the NOAA: National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration and CSS since 2021, and holds an adjunct position as a Research Assistant Professor at Old Dominion University since January 2022. Previously, Ramin Familkhalili was a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Old Dominion University Research Foundation from January 2020 to December 2021, and worked as a Surface Water Engineer for the City of Portland in 2019. Academic experience includes roles as a Research and Teaching Assistant at Portland State University from 2014 to 2019 and a Research Assistant at Lehigh University from 2012 to 2015. Ramin Familkhalili's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Portland State University and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Lehigh University.
