Rishi Zarkar is an AI Developer at CSS Federal, where optimization of the comment analysis cycle for the federal e-Rule Making Program was achieved, improving accuracy from 88% to 93% through natural language processing and collaborative efforts with the InsightsAI team. As a Junior Developer at ESPX, Rishi has developed seven real-time AWS QuickSight dashboards utilizing publicly available clean energy data. Previously, as a Research and Development Intern at BlueWave, Rishi led the automation of remote monitoring for film deposition machines, resulting in significant time savings. Currently pursuing education at the University of Maryland, Rishi graduated from River Hill High School in 2022.
