Rob Neumann has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Rob has served as the Chief Digital Officer at CSS Commerce, where they focused on digitally transforming the value chain and helping B2B manufacturers, distributors, and omni-channel firms get to market online. Rob was also a Member of the Board of Directors at Minerva Health Ventures, where they brought innovative wellness technology and products to market.
In addition, Rob has worked as an Entrepreneur Strategist, Executive, Board Leader, and Investor at e-Allies, assisting with market sizing, entry strategies, and marketing turnarounds. Rob served as the SVP Marketing, Strategy & Partner Alliances at Pimcore, LLC, where they worked on the company's strategy, marketing, ecosystem, and partnerships.
Rob has also held positions as the Chief Marketing Officer at Infodat, where they provided software solutions to premier brands in Texas, and as the Vice President of Strategic Relationships at Signet Interactive, where they worked with clients to realize their marketing vision.
Before that, they were the Managing Partner at Newton Marketing, LLC, a leading marketing and advertising agency in the Houston area, and the President/CEO of Customer Velocity, Inc., a fast-growing tech company. Rob also co-founded Steward Marketing, a website marketing and advertising agency, and worked as the General Manager of Sales and Product at Pantellos, LLP, where they developed BPM solutions and managed sales and business development.
Rob Neumann has an MBA in Finance & Strategy from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School, which they obtained from 1995 to 1999. Rob also has a Certificate in Management & Business Leadership from Cornell University, completed in 1994. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Aided Manufacturing from Kettering University, obtained from 1986 to 1991. Rob also holds certifications as a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance (obtained in 2014) and as a Certified Purchasing Manager from the Institute of Supply Management (ISM) (obtained in 1998).
