Morgan Melson possesses a diverse background in business development and operational management. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Ted H. Heaton, III State Farm Insurance Agency from September 2017 to November 2018 and as a Customer Service Representative at Todd Jackson State Farm from October 2015 to July 2017. Morgan's early career included a significant role as a Door-to-door Salesperson with Southwestern Advantage, demonstrating strong sales capabilities by engaging over 3600 families. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a minor in Business Administration from Texas A&M University, completed in May 2015.
