Ian Cheong is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in CRM solutions and application development. Currently serving as a CRM Product Owner at CSR Limited since January 2012, Ian drives continuous improvements for the OneCSR Instance, encompassing core functions such as Project, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Account Management. Previous roles at CSR include Senior CRM & .Net Architect, where Ian developed technical solutions for Dynamics 365 CRM, and Senior MS Service Desk Analyst, focusing on application issue resolution and system improvements.
