Chris Karakatsanis is an experienced professional in the fields of risk, safety, and sustainability, currently serving as EGM Risk, Safety and Sustainability at CSR Limited since July 2020. Previously held roles include HSE, Risk and Assurance Director at Goodman Fielder from February 2016 to July 2020 and Head of HSE - Energy Markets at Origin Energy from November 2011 to January 2016. Additional experience includes positions as National OHS Manager at Big W and Woolworths Limited, as well as National OHS Manager at Prysmian. Early career experience includes serving as Sydney Airport OHS Manager for Qantas. Chris Karakatsanis holds a Master's degree in OHS from the University of Newcastle and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations and Management from the University of Wollongong.
