Shawn Fonseca is an experienced Infrastructure Engineer with a robust background in IT support and network services. Currently employed at Charles Square since January 2019, Shawn has previously worked at Mansys UK Ltd, where responsibilities included resolving IT issues for 130 UK companies. Before that, Shawn founded IT Systems Go, successfully managing network and Help Desk services for 11 businesses across 15 locations in the USA. Shawn's early career includes roles as a Network Engineer and Computer Consultant at True Vision Technologies Inc., Help Desk Level 3 Support at ATC Healthcare Services, and participation in special projects at Prudential Financial. Shawn has obtained an educational background from Queensborough Community College of The City University of New York (CUNY).
