Alexander Stavitsky is a highly experienced technical director at Gizmore Europe since October 2019, where collaboration with European colleagues enhances client offerings through unique software solutions. Additionally, Alexander serves as CEO of CSoft and CSoft Terra, overseeing multiple development teams across Russia and specializing in ORACLE Spatial-based GIS projects. Educationally, Alexander holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Automation Engineer Technology from Saint Petersburg State Electrotechnical University "LETI" and an Engineer's Degree in Automatic.
