Fredrik Kindahl is an experienced professional in banking and financial services, currently serving as Gruppchef at CSN - Centrala studiestödsnämnden since December 2020. Prior to this, Fredrik worked at Nordea Bank AB for several years, holding various positions including Team Manager and Kontorschef from January 2012 to December 2020, as well as Kreditanalytiker from 2010 to 2011. Fredrik's tenure at Nordea from 1998 to 2009 involved project leadership, notably overseeing the acquisition and restructuring of 75 offices from Svensk Kassaservice, which included onboarding approximately 100 new employees. Fredrik also contributed to the implementation of Performance Management and Lean initiatives across offices in Stockholm and surrounding areas. Fredrik's educational background includes studies at Katrinelunds Gymnasium from 1991 to 1994.
